The Right Client
- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Business based in Lisburn. Due to ongoing growth they are keen to recruit an Accounts Assistant.The Right role:
· Completing multicurrency supplier payment runs
· Completing multicurrency bank reconciliations
· Processing material, shipping and overhead invoices then entering on accounts software
· Controlling pro-forma payments and investigation of supplier credit balances
· Dealing with supplier queries (both email and telephone) in conjunction with Business Development Managers
· Processing employee expenses and company credit cards
· Reconciling supplier statements
· Raising purchase orders
· Company car and telephone administration queries
· Processing & recording transactions
The Right Fit:
· Experience of handling and overturning objections
· Experience of using an accounting system, currently Sage, moving to ERP, to record accurate financial data
· Previous experience in a similar role
