We are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable clerk to join our clients Finance team in Bournemouth. Key responsibility's : Reconcile supplier statements of account as requiredPerform a system-led match of Purchase Order to Goods Received Note to Invoice as required reverting to a manual match if necessaryResolve purchase ledger queries from suppliers/authorisers as they arise through the mailboxLiaise with Divisions to resolve payment queriesAssist with any external auditor queriesAssist with various other regular monthly accounting tasks as requiredSkills/ Experience:Proficient in ExcelExperience in supplier communications is desirable together with knowledge of finance transactional processing on a finance system.An understanding of basic accounting concepts such as double entry bookkeeping is essentialEffective communication, team working and organisational skillsSummary: Location: Bournemouth Hybrid working, 2/3 days in office a week Duration: 12 month FTC Pay: £(phone number removed) p/a + Bonus Venture Recruitment Partners (also trading as Chilworth Partnership Ltd) is a Recruitment Agency.
