Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant
Hours: 37.
5 hrs per week Mon – Friday
Location: Tameside
PayRate: £11.
79per hour (Weekly Pay) Based on £23,000p/a
Temp opportunity – 4 – 6 week assignment
Duties include:
* Check emails on a daily basis and post invoices/statements
* Receive, review and send invoices for authorisation
* Batching and posting purchase invoices and process for payment
* Allocate payments to the correct invoice, e.
g.
dd or advance payment
* Run a weekly report for supplier’s payment.
* Enter, review and process expense claims.
Due to the nature of my clients business a background check may be require (DBS Check)
