    • About Our Client

    Page Personnel are currently working with a well established legal firm based in York. Due to growth and new projects taking place within the team, our client is now looking for a interim Accounts Assistant on a fixed term contract basis to join their well established Finance team. This would be an ideal role for a candidate looking for their next Finance position or a candidate with an interest in Finance looking to pursue a career within this field.

    Job Description

    Main Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Processing invoices
  • Raising payments
  • Matching, batching, coding of invoices
  • Setting up suppliers
  • Reconciliations Data Entry
  • Assisting with the Preparation of payment runs
  • Assisting with generating monthly reports

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Will have held a similar role previously or be looking to start your career in Finance.
  • Will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
