Are you a meticulous and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant looking to advance your career in the heart of London? Sheridan Maine is proud to partner with a prestigious organisation in Central London, seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team.
 
Your key responsibilities as the Accounts Assistant will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements.
  • Processing invoices, expense forms, and payments.
  • Managing the accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

    To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant, you will require:
  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
