Accounts Assistant in London

Robert Half are working exclusively with a Financial Services firm who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small team. This role focuses on transactional responsibilities and no month end exposure.

Salary: £27,000-30,000
Great benefits - 28 days AL, 10% pension, disc bonus and work abroad 15 days a year (no study support)
2 days in the London based office

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently including coding to the ledger account.
• Process expense claim, verify, reconcile and cross checking against supporting document ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile corporate card statement against expense claim.
• Process invoice and expense claim payments accurately in a timely manner.
• Ensure the tasks are completed by cut off time for the month-end reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries.
• Provide general assistance in the finance team and ad hoc duties as required by the line manager.
• Must be comfortable with Excel.
