RG Consultancy are working closely with a well-established distributor who are looking for a accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This candidate will be working in a friendly, supportive team where everyone works extremely well together to support all aspects of the finance function.
This is an exciting time to join the business, due to continued growth the finance team are looking for an all-round accounts assistant to join their busy, fast paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Purchase and sales ledger (raise purchase orders, filing, checking invoices, and chasing order supplies)
- Invoicing approx. 100 - 150 weekly (purchase ledger)
- Bank reconciliations
- Data inputting
- Supplier statements
- Reconcile statements.
- Cash flow forecasting
- Other duties to be discussed
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of purchase ledger is essential for this role
- MS Excel skills would be an advantage.
