Accounts Assistant | Bolton | £28,000-£32,000 | Flexible Working Hours | 25 Days plus Bank HolidaysAxon Moore are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic SME near Bolton as they look to recruit a Accounts Assistant who is looking to take ownership of transactional duties and add value to the business.

This role will be well suited to experienced and charismatic Accounts Assistant who are incredibly organised and boast a fun, outgoing personality with a ‘can do’ approach to work.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:Aspects of sales and purchase ledgerSupplier statement reconciliationsWeekly bank reconciliationsLiaising with our sales team regarding overdue debtors and outstanding queriesProduction and distribution of sales invoicesPosting daily cash and staff expensesProcessing employee expense claims and processing credit cardsMonthly assistance of payroll dutiesAssisting the finance manager with monthly management accountsGeneral accounts administration and ad-hoc dutiesRequired Skills and Experience:At least two years’ experience within similar roles.

Able to efficiently manage a high-volume workload.

Sage and Microsoft Excel proficient.

Good attention to detail.

Proactive, self-motivated and organised.

Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
