Accounts Assistant - Belfast City Centre - £14 - £15 per hour
Working in a busy property management company you will work closely with the company accountant and directors while having autonomy in your position.
The working hours are 9 am – 3 pm Monday to Friday.
You will be based in their state-of-the-art office in Belfast City Centre.
Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and work well on own initiative.
- Working experience in using QuickBooks would be an advantage
Duties:
- Daily accounts tasks relating to various companies
- Producing costing reports
- Managing arrears
- Managing online bank account/ making payments (when required)
- General office duties: sending letters/emails, arranging travel, arranging meetings.
