Apply NowTennial Personnel are seeking a permanent Office Administrator / Accounts assistant to work for our family run business located near great Blakenham duties will include Managing reception , welcoming customers and guests, Processing company's correspondence including incoming and outgoing mail, Managing fleet of company vehicles (arranging MOT’s, road tax, servicing, repairs as necessary) Making travel arrangements/appointments for the management team ,Organising refreshments for meetings, Ordering office and other supplies as necessary ,Updating company's database/server , Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, processing purchase invoices, monitoring accounts payable and budget tracking , Providing support to the team and assisting with any duties as and when required you will have Previous proven experience of working with Xero Accounting Software and Microsoft Office and outlook experience is desired within accounts .
Training will be provided as required.
Shifts include Monday to Friday 8.
