Accounting Manager in Bridgend

We are partnering exclusively with a fast-growth technology business based in Bridgend. Join our client's team as an Accounting Manager, overseeing dedicated accounting teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and motivating multiple accounting teams. Providing training, guidance, and mentorship to enhance team performance and foster a collaborative work environment will be key. Additionally, you will manage and liaise with various external stakeholders, ensuring their accounting needs are met efficiently. Implementing effective client communication strategies to build and maintain strong relationships will be imperative.

Collaborating with leadership, you will contribute to strategic planning for client management and service delivery, continuously improving internal processes.

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum full AAT qualification or preferably be a ACCA or CIMA finalist, with strong experience dealing with small businesses. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, and take initiative are essential. Experience managing a team and exceptional written English skills are required, along with traits like respect, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
