TheRole
This is a specialized role focused on ensuringconsistent exemplary customer service is experienced by our ULMcustomers. Working as a team the Customer Services Executive willthrough urgency, quality and reliability deliver value to ourcustomers, in need of support obtaining specialized ULM productsfor their patients. To enable Durbin to become the number 1supplier of choice for ULM supplies for the UKmarket.


MAIN DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Business UnitLeader in driving a Sales and Customer Service Team that provide abest-in-class customer experience, achieving monthly salesbudgets
  • Continuously compare performance totargets and take appropriate corrective actions whenever necessary
  • Work alongside the Commercial Account Managerto liaise with Top Accounts and manage products on Contract. Ensurejoint business plans are followed for focus customers and outcomesrecorded.
  • Contribute to the running of theDurbin Customer Service Team, ensuring strong time management andorganisational skills are employed
  • Providesupport to the Customer Services Team Leader as required to resolvecustomer queries
  • Ensure Durbin customer ordersare managed appropriately within SLA
  • Monitorbackorders and track shipments where required, continuously keepingcustomers informed on lead times
  • Work alongsidethe Durbin Strategic Procurement Manager and Supply Chain Plannersto ensure that the team are creating and maintaining an appropriatepricing structure for all Durbinproducts
  • Liaise with various other departmentswithin Durbin to resolve issues and achieveresults
  • Assist the Business Unit Leader toconstantly review, monitor and provide improvements to allprocesses and systems within the Durbin
  • Ensureall relevant regulatory paperwork is supplied to Quality whenrequired
  • Comply with all Durbin GDP processesand procedures and in particular comply with regulations in forcerelating to supply of ULM's
  • Candidate will bealigned with Durbin company strategy and focus including anin-depth knowledge of all relevant Work Instructions and SOP's.Ensure that the ULM service always complies to Durbin's SOP's andpolicies
  • AccountRelationships
  • Support relationships withclients through active consultation and regular communication -Including upselling as appropriate.
  • Support theteam in developing a full understanding of the clientneeds.
  • Account management and business planning- ensure business driving activities are in line with operationaland financial targets
  • Grow clinical presence inkey hospital therapeutic groups
  • Customer andmarket knowledge - build solid, long-term relationships withhospital KOL's and share this back internally with the business tohelp shape strategy
  • Administration &Finance
  • Support wider team in monitoringperformance against agreed budgetarytargets.
  • Develop a full understanding of theportfolio.
  • Ensure all customer details are upto date across the company systems.

Qualification, Experience & SkillsRequired

  • Relevant professionalqualifications (Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacist) areadvantageous
  • Commitment to excellent customerservice.
  • Solution driven, ability to thinkcreatively.
  • Ability to build strongrelationships.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office,Excel, PowerPoint etc).
  • Experience in acustomer facing/service role.
