Dunbar Brown Group is delighted to be working in partnership with our consultancy client in their search for an experienced Account Director.
Our client is a data consultancy that sell their solution into financial services in the UK.
The successful candidate will be able to evidence new business wins in this arena and comfortable working remotely and travelling for Client meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Financial Services sector.
- Present and demonstrate their solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a new business Account Manager or Account Director within a consultancy or managed service provider.
- Demonstrate they have sold complex data solutions to end customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
