Year 5 Teacher in Leeds

At AK Teaching, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a Primary School in Leeds.

This full-time, temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives with an ongoing duration.

Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 5 students.

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting appropriate targets.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and a love of learning.

* Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and orderly classroom.

* Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and best practices.

* Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and events.

* Take on subject leadership responsibilities, if appropriate, to drive curriculum development and innovation.

* Promote the welfare of students by adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures.
