The Year 4 teacher would ideally have previous experience as a full-time class teacher.

However, they are open to considering ECT's and have a leadership team who can provide excellent coaching and mentoring support.

The behaviour policy is fully implemented across KS2, and adhered to throughout the school, resulting in pupils being aware of expectations.
