Position: Workshop EngineerLocation: SouthamptonRate/Salary:£35,000 - £38,000We are working with a leading marine main dealer based on the Southcoast, looking for a Workshop Engineer to join the team at SouthamptonAs a workshop Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall performance of marine engines and related systems. Their day-to-day duties typically involveDuties and responsibilities of the Workshop Engineer:• Perform routine maintenance and services on diesel engines• Conduct diagnostics and pre-commissioning tasks• Conducting fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems• Overhaul, repair & engine rebuildsQualifications and requirement for the Workshop Engineer):• Relevant qualification in Marine Engineering or equivalent experience• Hold A full UK drivers Licence , must be able to commute to Southampton for work• Strong knowledge of control systems• Skilled in digital diagnosticsThis vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical who have been appointed to act as the recruitment consultancy for this role
