Job Title: Will Writer Location: HailshamSalary: £35,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm operating with multiple offices across Kent and East Sussex. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Will Writer to join a highly reputable Private Client team. Main duties & responsibilities include:Independently managing own caseload Taking initial instructions from clients Preparing and advising on Wills of various complexity, writing powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation and ensuring that all documents are legally accurate and professionally written Responsible for providing high quality, timely, professional advice Correspondence with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals Attending clients in their own environment as required Ensuring that all enquiries involving complex trusts, IHT advice etc, are referred to senior members of the Private Client team Maintain accurate and organised client files and documentation on the company’s case management system Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition and client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitatedYou will have/be:Prior experience working within a busy Private Client department and must have experience of drafting wills and advising clients in relation to estate planning matters Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needs Confident IT skills and working knowledge of case management systems High attention to detail Must have own transportPackage:£35,000 Life Insurance (3x basic salary) Group Income Protection Insurance (75% of basic salary after 26 weeks of continuous sickness absence) Private Medical Insurance Gym membership discountJoin this highly reputable firm that has been part of the local community for over 40 years.
