They represent clients from various regions, including the Asia-Pacific, Africa, Americas, Middle East, Russia/CIS, Europe, and the UK.
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven White Collar Crime Associate with 4-8 years' PQE to join our client's prestigious White Collar Crime team.
This team is renowned for its expertise in:
- Anti-money laundering
- Bribery and corruption
- Commercial and trust litigation
- Corporate investigations
- Criminal antitrust (cartels)
- Cross-border issues (including extradition and mutual legal assistance)
- Economic sanctions
- Financial regulation
- Fraud (criminal and civil)
- Insider dealing
- International asset-tracing
- Tax investigations
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating on high-profile and complex cases with a global client base.
- Managing multi-jurisdictional disputes and investigations.
- Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of white collar crime matters.
- Conducting thorough legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Representing clients in court and during negotiations.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of PQE in white collar crime.
- Strong academic background and legal training from a reputable firm.
- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable experience in handling complex and high-stakes cases.
