AA Euro Group are looking for experienced Welders to join our client at the prestigious Hinkley Point C project.

The Role:

  • Perform welding operations to a radiographic standard.
  • Conduct equipment inspections.
  • Adhere to established welding protocols and safety regulations, including fume control.
  • Identify and report potential welding problems for corrective action.
  • Ability to identify your own welds for quality control.
  • Comply with established quality control procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements:

  • Significant welding experience with a solid foundation in various welding techniques: TIG, MMA, Orbital TIG.
  • A multi-disciplined welding approach and the ability to weld a variety of materials: stainless steel, carbon steel and duplex steels.
  • A proven track record in large-scale projects in a regulated sector.
  • Experience working in environments with stringent quality control procedures and inspections.
  • Proficient in welding and fabricating piping systems, understanding the specific requirements of this field.
  • Level 3 Welding Apprenticeship (or equivalent)
  • EN ISO 9606 certified (or equivalent)
  • CSCS card
  • Right to work in the UK.
