Overview of role

Do you love providing the highest level of customer service and have previous experience of delivering a bespoke customer journey? If so, you will be the perfect fit for our role as a receptionist at Jaguar Land Rover in Wolverhampton.

Jaguar Land Rover Wolverhampton are committed to providing our customers with a premium level of service, –within this role you will often be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical part in making sure we meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers and brand fans, from the point of initial enquiry – whether that be over the phone, online or across social media – to maintaining the post-sale relationship.

This a permanent position working part time hours which will be 14 hours per week. The hours will be Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.

The salary for this position will be £8,786.96.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

A bit about the role:

Ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and receive instant attention and a warm welcome

Offer first class customer service and understanding the customers’ requirements

Ensure all customer facing areas are clean, neat, and tidy always adhering to the agreed Housekeeping Standards

Always maintain a high degree of customer service

Ensure all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business to maximise service and parts business

We're looking for someone who:

Has outstanding communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills

Has good attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment

Is self-motivated and with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Is committed to always delivering a high level of customer service
