Job Title: Temporary Weekend Receptionist


Location: Birtley


Contract Details: Temporary, Part Time


Rate: £12.00ph - Saturday hours 9-5 / Sunday hours 11-4

Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

  • Greet customers, ensure their needs are understood, and direct them to the appropriate department.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and packages.

  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure it presents a positive and welcoming image.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.


    • Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:



  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


    • Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:



  • Experience working in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential

  • Knowledge of auto dealership systems and software.
