Role overview

We are looking for a Web Analyst to join our growing team in the UK. Working with other digital strategists and UX consultants, the Web Analyst will utilise consumer data and insights to identify new growth opportunities for our clients whilst also driving forward greater customer experiences through digital channels.

Understanding and shaping user behaviour for our clients is at the heart of everything we do. Brandwidth’s Strategy team is dedicated to obtaining an accurate understanding of business and user needs to create a plan of action, designed to achieve defined goals and measurable change.

Experience with web analytics platforms (Google/Adobe Analytics) and being able to translate data to tell stories through dashboards and visualisations for our clients will be paramount. 

 As a Web Analyst at Brandwidth, you will:

  • Do Strategy Development: Develop and lead web analytics strategies, identifying opportunities for enhancing client web analytics implementations. Present your findings and recommendations to senior client partners.
  • Do Data Gathering and Analysis: Use a range of tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square, to collect empirical data that informs actionable insights.
  • Do Reporting and Visualisation: Create reporting dashboards using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio, ensuring that data is presented in an easily comprehensible and actionable format.
  • Do Tag Plans: Develop tagging plans to capture all relevant data required for insightful analysis. Implement tagging using tools like Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.
  • Do Experimentation and Testing: Propose and implement multivariate testing plans and set up experiments within optimization platforms to enhance digital performance.

Y ou will bring:

  • Client-Centric Experience: 2 years of experience as an analyst, working with clients across diverse sectors and platforms.
  • Analytics and Tag Management Proficiency: Experienced in using Google or Adobe Analytics and Tag Managers for data collection and analysis.
  • Great relationship management, organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent Great social, efficient skills in communication, time allocation, and influencing – comfortable liaising directly with clients.
  • Clear passion for digital technology and the use of strategy to guide digital transformation.
  • Good understanding of customer journey optimisation across all digital channels.
  • Strategic Mindset: The ability to create comprehensive 360-degree data-driven strategies aligned with focused KPIs that reflect the interconnected nature of clients' digital ecosystems and goals.
  • Data Visualisation Skills: Experience in building, scrutinising, and visualising results within platforms, with an emphasis on expertise in Looker Studio.
  • Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery is desirable and can be considered an asset.
