These positions are full-time roles, working 37.5 hours a week based in Middleton, Greater Manchester. Some flexibility will be required to support our after-hours delivery model.RoleYour main purpose as a warehouse tutor is to work within the Employability/Job Gym Department, delivering course qualifications, creating individual learning plans and reviewing learner progress throughout their programmes. You will be required to inspire a wide range of learner cohorts at our Middleton site and virtually using both online and offline skills support materials.Skills & QualificationsICT, English and Math’s qualifications all at L2 or above Functional Skills Level 2 Minimum (Essential) PTLLS / CTLLS (Desirable) L5 Teaching Qualification (Desirable) Information, Advice and Guidance L3 or above (Desirable)EssentialYou will be required to have prior experience of at least two of the following subject areas:Customer Service Warehouse Cleaning Any additional courses that arise that meet your skills and experience.The package£25k - £26k per annum DOE. 23 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays Company funded CPD opportunities.
