Warehouse Operative in Leighton Buzzard

Our client, a family business established in 1998, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their small, but busy team based in Leighton Buzzard.As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial part of their dynamic production and dispatch teams, ensuring the timely supply of products to customers.This role is on a temporary to permanent basis, working full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, 7 am - 5 pm.Full training will be provided, but experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment and use of tools is essential.Responsibilities:Maintain stock control and manage picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.Assembling of productsWorking with hand held tools and machineryAssist with unloading and loading deliveries.Undertake general warehouse duties as required.Requirements:Excellent communication skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions.Capacity to work independently when required.Confident knowledge of using hand held tools.Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.If you are a motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude, ready to join our client's team, apply now!
