The service you will work in….
Highbury Grove Recovery House (HGRH) is a recovery focused and psychologically informed 12 bed residential house where adult residents of Islington and Camden can stay for up to 14 days, if they are experiencing a mental health crisis.
During their stay residents can expect high quality, non-clinical support from trained Recovery Workers and Re-settlement and Re-integration workers to reduce their crisis and make plans to avoid future crisis, using a range of interventions including 1-1 support, safety plans, wellness & recovery action plans and social prescribing. Re-settlement and Re-integration Workers support the people using the service link in with statutory and other voluntary sector providers and access the local community.
You will support individuals throughout their stay by carrying out support and interventions in line with organizational values and the ethos of recovery and co-production, as well as in line with policies and procedures.

As a Waking Night Recovery Worker at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Mental Health and Complex Needs. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.
