As a future Application Analyst, you will report to the Dimension Support Manager For Front Office & Trading , and you will be part of AXA IM - Technology Transversal Products
The Technology department provides applications and technical services support and projects delivery to the AXA Investment Managers’ business worldwide. Its mission is to support Business through project and support teams.
The candidate will be an Application Analyst within the technology team dedicated to Simcorp Front Office Support. This team maintains and improves IT tools used by Fund managers and Traders.
Simcorp Front Office Support team has a support presence in the following locations Paris, London, Hong Kong, and the US.

The Application Analyst will be responsible for supporting demanding business users. So, a candidate who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment will be suitable for this position.

Your qualifications and experience
You are looking for a VIE starting in September/October 2024
A similar experience in the same type of position would be a plus
Your knowledges and skills
Technical skills:
· Relevant industry qualification or degree (Finance/ Technology)
· Experience in the financial industry, ideally in asset management, Equities, Fixed Income
· Ability to research and implement procedures.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate problems
· Good understanding of regulatory requirements and their practical application
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Good communication skills, both oral and in writing, with the ability to work across different jurisdictions and with stakeholders across different parts of the firm
· Good language skills in English. French language skills would be a plus.
Personal skills:
· Good judgment and ability identify issues and escalate them as appropriate
· Pragmatic and common-sense approach to solving business problems
· Self-starter with ability to multi-task
· Ability to build business relationships
· Proactive – provides effective solutions
