What you’ll do:

• Lead the seamless operations of Cain Manor, crafting experiences that captivate and enchant our guests.
• Inspire and guide a dedicated team across various departments, including administration, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, fostering a culture of excellence and camaraderie.
• Implement innovative revenue management strategies to optimise profitability while maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance metrics and collaborate with our marketing team to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring the well-being of both guests and team.
• Act as a gracious ambassador for our venue, addressing guest concerns with professionalism and grace.
