Electrical Technician Roles and Responsibilities: * Working on bespoke equipment * Install electrical control systems (Digital I/O, PLC etc.

) * Test electrical control systems * Read and work from wiring diagrams * Communicate electrical issues to non-electrical colleaguesThe ideal Electrical Technician will have: * Knowledge of fundamentals of electrical wiring.

* Knowledge of control systems.

* Ability to interpret wiring diagrams from existing vehicle electrical systems * Ability to diagnose electrical malfunctions within automotive systems * Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Complex problem solving * Ability to communicate electrical issues to non-electrical colleagues * Knowledge of pneumatic control systems * Basic mechanical skillsElectrical Technician working hours: * 40 Hour week * Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 * 23 days holiday + bank holidaysJackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 27 years.
