About the Job

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll play a crucial role in our repair process. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates.

Liaising with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.

Utilizing your technical expertise to identify repair requirements and develop comprehensive repair plans.

Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.

Keeping detailed records of assessments, estimates, and repair progress.

Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role in the automotive repair industry.

Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including familiarity with various makes and models.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for estimating and assessment purposes.

Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and thorough assessments.

Relevant qualifications or certifications (., ATA VDA accreditation) would be advantageous.
