    About the Job


    As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll play a crucial role in our repair process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • ​Conducting thorough assessments of vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates.
  • ​Liaising with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.
  • ​Utilizing your technical expertise to identify repair requirements and develop comprehensive repair plans.
  • ​Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
  • ​Keeping detailed records of assessments, estimates, and repair progress.
  • ​Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • About You

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ​Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
  • ​Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including familiarity with various makes and models.
  • ​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues.
  • ​Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for estimating and assessment purposes.
  • ​Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and thorough assessments.
  • ​Relevant qualifications or certifications (., ATA VDA accreditation) would be advantageous.
