Rapier Employment is looking for a number of NHS delivery/van drivers to support our well-known client based around the Oxfordshire area.Position: Van DriverHours: Start and finish times will be between 06:00 and 20:00Days: Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours a weekPay rate: £12.00 per hourOvertime: Paid at x1.5 after 37.5 hours workedResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Transporting blood and tissue samples between sites.Making anywhere between 20-30 drops per day.Pathology delivery and collections.Delivering internal mail between different sites.Collecting samples from surgeries as well as hospitals.No hazardous goods or heavy lifting required.Full training will be provided and further opportunities for progression or movement within the company down the line.Induction and assessments will be paid for.Possibility after 13 weeks to take the vehicle home.Requirements:Must be 18 or over due to insurance purposesNo more than 6 points on your licenceFull UK driving licenceAn enhanced DBS check will be required at some pointThe role is subject to 13-weeks temp to perm for the right candidate.How to Apply:If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team as a delivery/van driver, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience to (url removed), or click 'apply' on our website today.
