Valuer in Wolverhampton

An excellent Monday to Friday only opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Valuer looking to join this multi branch independent Estate Agency brand based in Wolverhampton. 

My clients have built a well respected local business and have gained a good reputation within their market areas building trusted relationships across sales, lettings and the commercial sector.

They are looking for a Senior Neg/ Valuer who is keen to take on a wider and more varied role that will focus on listing new stock across sales, lettings and the commercial side of the business. 

Estate Agent Valuer – Benefits

• A basic salary of between £25-£27,000 plus commission
• £35k + OTE
• Monday to Friday only (NO WEEKENDS) 
• Company pension scheme
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Parking on site / parking permit

The Estate Agent Valuer will be a pivotal appointment and as such a natural drive, tenacity and go getter attitude is needed.

Within this role the Estate Agent Valuer will be responsible for:

• Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for residential and commercial properties 
• Follow up all market appraisals and generate new opportunities for further instructions
• Stay up to date with market trends, economic factors, and property values in the local area.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Listen to and work with vendors to understand their needs and priorities.
• Maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Assist in the marketing of the property by producing floorplans and the property descriptions.
• Assist with the negotiations of sales and lettings where required
• Ensure all relevant legal and regulatory requirements are met in the valuation process.

Estate Agent Valuer Experience needed: 

• Must have estate agency experience ideally as a Valuer, this could be within sales or lettings as training will be given in an areas you have not valued to date.  
• Must be organised and able to manage a busy varied workload
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
• Be enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Needs to be a business winner and driven by success.
• Will have a proactive can do approach.
• Well presented and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
