This is a full-time, permanent position with an OTE of £35,000.Let's talk about the role, it involves:Assisting the branch manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales Undertake measure ups, photographs & brochure production Being acutely aware of your own stock numbers and profile for sale, with a strong awareness of local competition's stock Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities Ensuring there is cross-selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments, particularly FS and Lettings Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion Support the branch manager to meet branch business plan targets Developing commercial understanding of branch profit and lossWe're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
