The Green Recruitment Company have partnered with a leading Renewable Energy Investment Manager.
They are looking for a Junior Analyst to join their Valuations team.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, conducting valuations, and asset management.
Responsibilities:
- Quarterly update of project and fund models, producing discounted cash flow valuations and IRRs.
- Review modelling input assumptions and present recommendations for changes.
- Assist with creating valuation reporting packs and meeting investor/regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support external fund audits and liaise with independent valuation advisors.
- Identify and model value enhancement opportunities with the asset management team
Role Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university
- Demonstrate a hunger to learn
- Able to demonstrate initiative and good judgement in carrying out day-to-day role
- Strong attention to detail
