UK Finance Manager in Manchester

Are you an ambitious Finance Manager ready to influence the trajectory of a fast-growing company?  We’re looking for a Finance Manager with a strategic commercial mindset to join the team.

Here in Kellanova we’re on an exciting journey, and we’re getting bigger and bolder, this is your chance to be a part of the best.  This role is a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across UK functions and business partnering with Sales Account Directors.  It will see you developing and coaching the finance team, driving continuous improvement in processes, forecast accuracy and offer commercial insight.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Processes – Build processes to foster collaboration, inspire bolder ways of working. Budget/forecasting cycle-build the P&L in line with targets and ensure it’s fully understood in terms of quality of earnings analysis and insights.   
• Partner - Build relationships and partner across sales, assess the profitability of promotions, carry out monthly trade reviews & accrual ownership.
• Collaborate - Work with Sales Directors, Revenue Growth Management & Demand planning, set customer targets for the financial year & measure through KPI’s .   Support & influence the Sales Director with financial analysis and insights.
• P&L- Own P&L deliverables, analyse monthly performance for inclusion into the monthly exec presentations for European Leadership review and be the financial owner of market EBP process, managing current financial best estimate and ensure R&O’s management.   
• Safeguard- Ensure key financial controls and SoX 404 are adhered to. Ensure back up is available for audit purposes and answer queries as required.  

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Degree level or MBA in Finance/accountancy qualification with strong experience of working in a finance related role.
• Commercial acumen and business partnering experience with the ability to drive commercial insight.
• Great influencing, analytical and leadership skills
