JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure drivers are legally compliant, carrying out briefs/de-briefs, and ensure all tasks with regard to the Transport Management System are completed daily Communicate with drivers regarding rotas, routes and any issues arising, providing paperwork as required Communicate with vendors regarding collections, delivery points regarding bookings and resolve customer queries Ensure that Transport administration duties are carried out accurately and efficiently Previous experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable Previous experience of working within a transport environment desirable Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) Able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally Free Parking Free confidential 24/7 GP service Hundreds of discounts (including retail, childcare + gym) Affordable loans & enhanced pension scheme 24/7 employee support service for you (+ family) with access to free counselling and much more:

Shift Pattern: Any 5 from 7 - Rotational 06:00-14:00, 10:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00
