Transaction Manager in Wylde Green

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join the UK’s leading specialist care provider. The role will help define, identify and implement the growth and development strategy of the business. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong financial, strategic and commercial acumen, and a proven track record of applying their technical skills to deliver successful outcomes. The role will have a direct impact in delivering new service developments, tenders and acquisitions.Voyage Care is the leader in care and support services for individuals throughout the UK, we have over 30 years’ experience of specialist care and support. Our passionate 11,000+ staff support 3,500+ vulnerable adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs across the UK.The role will be Hybrid working with travel to the head office Lichfield and occasional travel to service locations across the UK.What you’ll get to do:Voyage is backed by an experienced infrastructure fund and has significant growth ambitions in the next 5-10 years and this role will be pivotal to delivering the growth agenda.
