Salary : OTE: £35,000.00 per annum (Year 1)

Contract Length: 12 Months Maternity Cover

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Please note, that you will receive a day off in lieu during the week for working Saturday.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for the position of Trainee Lettings Negotiator  will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.

Full training will be provided through our in-house training Academy and following a successful probationary period, you will have the prospect of earning a competitive salary package with uncapped commission.

Duties will include:

• Qualifying potential clients, identifying their needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
• Booking and accompanying clients to view properties.
• Negotiating offers and liaising with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers through to sales conclusion.
• Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to all clients.
• Providing referred leads to Start Financial Services and other related divisions.
