The successful Trainee Electrical Controls Engineer will be joining a relaxed and supportive environment, where you can pick and choose your start and finish times. The company have recently introduced a condensed working scheme, so every other week you can enjoy a 4 day working week. Our client is looking for a Trainee Electrical Controls Engineer who is passionate about electrical engineering and really wants to progress a career within electrical design.Key Responsibilities The successful Trainee Electrical Controls Engineer will need to be an enthusiastic and self-motivated engineer with excellent analytical and technical skills. You will also have a combination of key responsibilities:Analysing and comprehending project specifications and technical requirements. Translating complex engineering concepts into actionable design criteria.:Evaluating various design options to identify efficient and economical solutions. Balancing performance, quality, and cost considerations. Generating detailed electronic and hard copy drawings. Compiling comprehensive manufacturing information, including Parts Lists, Bills of Materials, Routings, and Job instructions. Collaborating closely with fellow engineers and technicians throughout the design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases. Facilitating effective communication to ensure seamless project execution. Adhering to the ISO 9001 quality system. Ensuring that design processes align with established quality standards.   Our client is looking for a Trainee Electrical Controls Engineer with at least a BTEC, HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering. You will have a year or two’s experience already under you belt, but this may be as a hands-on technician, or test technician, looking to develop and progress into Electrical Design.
