Role and Responsibilities:

As a Trade Mark Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's Trade Mark Attorneys.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Trade Mark portfolios
• Handling Trade Mark applications and renewals
• Preparing and filing necessary documents with relevant authorities
• Conducting Trade Mark searches and providing reports
• Maintaining and updating client records
• Liaising with clients and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ of experience as a Trade Mark Secretary
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Trade Mark Management software and tools

• CITMA qualification is desirable
