This includes conducting research, assisting with filings, managing deadlines, and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Filing trademark applications
• Receiving 3rd party trademark applications that might conflict
• Trademark registration formalities
• Filing design applications
• Design registration formalities
• Instruct overseas attorneys
• Manage/maintain the IP management and renewals system

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous
• CITMA qualification is highly desirable
