They are an independent business focusing particularly on land and property management, and they are looking to expand their specialist divisions to support their framework projects in the area.

In this role will support their utilities, land management and forestry teams to secure statutory consents for operational developments and advise colleagues and clients on planning matters and rural planning issues across Scotland.

Hybrid working is offered with this role.

The ideal candidate will be a member of the RTPI and hold relevant town planning experience from a utilities, rural or land management background.

This role would suit someone who is driven by progression and career development.
