Job Title: Telesales Executive (Recruitment)Location: Hybrid (regular office attendance in Nottingham, M1 J27 will be necessary)Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days a weekSalary Range: £25,000-£28,000 Basic + Generous Commission PlanThe role of Telesales Executive Our client has a unique opportunity for a Telesales Executive with at least 1 years' experience to join their team and be part of a new venture, specifically looking for new business opportunities, with customers who have a recruitment need for contract and permanent positions. This role holds a unique opportunity for somebody who wants to develop and progress their career, as the position has plenty of scope for progression over time, ideally moving to more a consultative role as the business grows.The ideal candidate will largely work remotely but will need to regularly attend the office based in Nottingham J27.Key ResponsibilitiesNew business development through identifying and prospecting potential new clients, including cold calling and lead generationRegularly engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide updates, address queries, and strengthen partnershipsGrowing your desk by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets for revenue generation and placementsMarket awareness, keeping up to date with industry trends, market changes, and developments in the recruitment and hiring landscapeAbout YouThis role will require a dynamic and results driven individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Somebody who has a desire to succeed, a self-starter and team player.Skills RequiredCurrent or previous telesales experience is essential. Any recruitment industry, or IT services sector would be beneficial, but not essentialSolid experience of working within a team environment and will understand when and where to call upon the expertise of the wider Stoneseed community, co-ordinating activity is key in designing, developing, pricing and delivering the required client solutionMust be comfortable with cold calling prospective clients and using lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn and CRM)Demonstrable experience of managing and growing a sales pipeline and the relating stages of the sales cycle; an understanding of the ratios therein necessary to produce the volume of client wins needed by the business
