Experienced Telesales Advisor wanted for an opportunity to grow in a protection business. 

The job involves contacting people who have very recently indicated online interest in life insurance: either reviewing existing arrangements or obtaining new products taking basic details and pre qualifying details and transferring the call to an adviser in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests and queries by phone. Making them feel comfortable on and happy during the process. 
• Be able to solve problems for customers.
• Answer customer questions about products or services. While being patient.

• Excellent career progression opportunities. We have three roles within the business. Where you can progress to Junior Protection (£25k+) and then to Senior (£30k +). 
• Once you pass probation, you will potentially be allowed to work some days remotely. Please speak to your manager about hybrid working options when probation has passed.

• Hours of work are Monday/Thursday - 10:30am – 7:00pm
• Friday - 10:30am – 3:00pm

Basic salary £22,000 - Realistic OTE £32,000
