My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country.

Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects.

Due to sustained growth, they are recruiting for a Technical Manager to join their team.

As Technical Manager, your role will include: Familiar with building regulations, CDM Regulations, and Health and Safety standards.

Coordinate project teams throughout the planning and development process, monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Address coordination issues related to tenders and contracts between the design team, construction team, employer's agent, and client.

Manage the technical and design aspects of the project from site investigation and briefing through planning consent to practical completion.

Provide technical advice on project feasibility, determine constraints, and offer guidance on budgets, phasing, and timing.

Develop, monitor, and update budgets for development fees and utility costs, as well as cash flows for all project phases.

Execute technical duties at all stages of the project.

Offer post-completion technical support as needed.
