Landmarc Support Services are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team at Longmoor Camp in Liss, Hampshire.

As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of operatives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and fostering a positive work environment supporting the military.

This role is based on permanent contract, covering 37 hours per week.

Mon-Fri, with the option to work additional hours on a weekend.

Main ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Team Manager and assist in daily operations in the upkeep of accommodation and camp based dutiesUtilise computer literacy to track all toolbox talks, order cleaning products, report faults and report writing.

Understand the contract and the standard expectedProficiently use a tablet to complete daily, weekly, and monthly checksLead the team with enthusiasm and the right attitude, motivating them to achieve their goals and daily tasksPossess a good understanding of waste management and actively coach and mentor team members in waste reduction strategies, cleaning and ground maintenanceTake responsibility for the team's performance and communicate effectively with both team members and higher managementDemonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in processes and proceduresShowcase excellent IT skills to effectively manage and analyse dataProactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team productivityMaintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environmentThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in a leadership role is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesProficient computer literacy, including the use of tablets and relevant software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to motivate and inspire team members, lead by exampleDemonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processesProactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibilityPositive attitude and ability to embrace changeMust hold Full Valid UK Driving LicenceAbout The CompanyLandmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE).
