Teaching AssistantLocation- Coventry, CV1 |Daily Rate- £85 -£100 | Start Date- 02/09/2024. Hours- Full Time (Term Time Only) | Contract- Long Term to PermanentAre you looking for a new role in working in a welcoming primary school in a supportive team?LTF Recruitment are currently seeking 2 x year one class teaching assistants. The successful candidate will support the teaching and learning of children, on a whole class basis. The roles are offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate.Roles and Responsibilities:Supporting the teaching and learning of children in a year one classroomSupporting children with SEN in the classroom.Running intervention sessions for children and phonics support.Ensuring that every child has the best opportunity to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment.Personal Specifications:Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 12 months' experience in an educational establishment.Experience supporting pupils with SENExperience in working with supporting students in their education on a one-to-one and a small group basis and running intervention sessions.Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.A calm, patient, and caring persona.Good communication skills.A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.About the School:Located in Coventry CV1Warm and welcoming Primary SchoolGreat transport links & on-site parkingWell Equipped SEND ProvisionPassionate and supportive SENCO & TeamRenowned for inclusive approach towards education Our vision:We focus on long term and Permanent positions, offering each candidate a tailored support system to provide the best service possible.
