We have been contacted by a local Secondary school with some very exciting opportunities to support with the recruitment of multiple Teaching Assistants starting in September. This excellent school provides a close knit inclusive feel for all learners and has specialist support for learners with additional needs.The school has pupils aged 11-19 and you would need to be flexible in your approach to support all ages. Your role would be to assistant the Additional learning needs coordinator (ALNco) to support key areas that have been identified as needing to support for an individual pupil on a one-to-one basis.You will be tasked with supporting education and social skills while providing feedback to the department in order to continuously develop the pupil you are working with.
