Prospero teaching is currently seeking to recruit individuals interested in becoming Teaching Assistant’s to work at a vibrant and friendly Primary school in Sparkhill, Birmingham.
Popular schools located in Birmingham are searching to hire Teaching Assistants starting as soon as possible.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will be innovative, enthusiastic and passionate.
The schools are keen to secure a Teaching Assistant to join their thriving departments immediately.
The role includes supporting the class teacher and students during lessons.
The lessons will delivered to all year groups Early Years, Key stage 1 and experience with Key Stage 2 is preferable but not essential.
As a new member of staff you will be given guidance and there is always lots of support offered.
Resources at the schools are fantastic; the departments you will be working in are busy and have a blend of NQT’s, ECTs and experienced Teachers which makes for an interesting and unique environment to work in.
The Schools do not have issues with their recruitment and do not find that they have a high staff turnover.
However, as they have worked with Prospero teaching for a number of years, they have entrusted these vacancies with us to ensure they appoint the most suitable Teaching Assistants available for as soon as possible to continue the amazing teaching delivered to the Early Years, key stage 1 and 2 department.
The role also offers the option of being permanent or on a contractual basis depending on the successful Teaching Assistant’s needs.
Behaviour at the schools are good, although, like most schools, there are a few students in a few of the year groups that have more challenging attitudes towards learning therefore you will be expected to demonstrate the correct strategies to ensure the behaviour stays at a manageable standard.
The schools do provide education for students of all abilities therefore creating differentiated and interesting attention grabbing lessons is a very important trait and will act as a useful method to ensure behaviour stays good.
