Help monitor and record the progress of each child, ensuring their individual needs are met.

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Requirements:Experience working with young children, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable.

CACHE Level 3 qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with children.

A dedicated and proactive approach to supporting young learners.

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and provide assistance where needed.
