This full-time role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they have access to the curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy when working with students.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
